Vision
Offering members an opportunity to share best practices, learn from each other, build trustworthy relationships anchored in the wish to co-create novel solutions for better outcomes in health care.
It is a safe space for leaders to voice their challenges, ask questions to peers, learn and get educated by others, meet new colleagues outside of their own constituency, and generally brainstorm on new ideas.
In a growth mindset, leaders come to 5PCF with a collaborative spirit and the aim to adopt value-based principles within their scope of responsibilities.
